One cable. Plug the included 9-pin cable from the Razorcut's CNC port into your ArcDroid. Mount the torch in the clamp. Done — ArcDroid controls the arc automatically.
Any conductive metal — steel, stainless, aluminum, brass, copper. At 230V: 1/2" clean cut, 1" severance. At 115V: 1/4" clean cut, 3/8" severance.
65–75 PSI, 3.55 CFM minimum. Most 20+ gallon shop compressors handle it fine. 30+ gallon recommended for regular CNC use. Built-in regulator and moisture filter on the rear panel. Use clean, dry air for best consumable life.
Razorcut 45DI, HYP45 torch (19.5ft lead), one set of shielded consumables (installed), 13ft ground cable + clamp, 9-pin ArcDroid connection cable (FREE), dual-voltage power cord, built-in air regulator, manual.
3-year manufacturer warranty from Razorweld. Torch consumables are wear items — not covered, which is standard across all plasma brands. CSA certified.
The stock J45XC is unshielded. The HYP45 adds a shield cup that protects the nozzle from spatter, giving you cleaner cuts, 2–3× longer consumable life, and less dross. HYP45 consumables are cross-compatible with Hypertherm Powermax45 parts.
